Supporting Our Rugby Sisters: The 914th Infantry Will Be at NY Exiles Tomorrow

There’s something special happening in our corner of Westchester, and it’s bigger than just one club.

On Saturday, May 9th, the 914th Infantry will be at Memorial Field supporting the NY Exiles Women’s Rugby Club as they take on the Bay Breakers in the home opener of their Women's Elite Rugby season, with kickoff set for 5:00 PM.

Not as a one-off. Not as a novelty. But because this is what a real community looks like.

Too often, local teams operate in their own lanes, chasing the same attention, the same fans, the same oxygen. But the truth is, the more we show up for each other, the stronger all of these clubs become. Soccer, rugby, whatever the badge says, it’s all part of the same fabric. The fabric that forms Westchester.

The Exiles have been building something of their own, and if you haven’t seen it up close yet, this is your chance. Physical, fast, and unapologetically competitive, it’s a different kind of matchday energy, and one well worth experiencing.
